We now have a new customer friendly portal for requesting return material authorization (RMA) numbers to have your Extech equipment repaired or NIST calibrated. You will be redirected to the FLIR site to set up an online access account. Once you get set up with our portal, you will be able to Book a Repair or Service. If you’ve done business with us in the past, please have your 6-digit account number ready to join as a FLIR account holder.
Note: We currently are assisting US customers only. If you are outside of the US, please send an email to repair@extech.com and a CSR will assist you as soon as possible.
