Warranty Statement

Extech Data Systems is a market leader in the design and manufacture of battery operated, lightweight, portable printers. At Extech we take pride in the quality and performance of all of our products, and our Extech Guarantee demonstrates our commitment to our customers, as well as our confidence in our entire range of portable printers.

Our standard warranty, included in the list price of all of our printers, is 1 full year for all non-consumable products. We know that the print head is one of the most critical components within our printers, and because of this both our 1 year warranty, and extended warranties cover the print head!*

After the standard warranty period, we provide service at a fixed price per printer for labor, and never more than a fixed maximum price for parts. Alternatively, annual maintenance agreements may be purchased on each anniversary of the original purchase. In addition, we offer warranty extensions of two years, three years, or four years, which must be purchased at the time of original purchase. *The print head is guaranteed for 1 year with use of Extech supplied or Extech certified paper. The use of low quality paper can lead to premature damage to the print head.
