Extech Instruments is now certified to the new ISO 9001:2000 standard. Our Quality System includes greater emphasis on Quality System management, and expanded programs for continuous organizational improvement and monitoring customer satisfaction. Not only are we concerned with product quality, accuracy, and dependability, we are also concerned that our products meet customer needs with a high degree of satisfaction.
Extech includes in-house capability for the design and manufacture of battery operated, portable printers at its Waltham facility. These capabilities have allowed Extech to customize its designs to exactly fit their customers' requirements. ISO procedures governing the design and manufacturing processes guarantee that a printer will do all that the customer expects it to do and do it well.
Once an instrument or a printer becomes part of the Extech product line, it is supported by the Extech team whether it is Quality Assurance, Technical Support, Calibration Laboratory, Sales Support, and Service and Repair. Each and every person is committed to providing our customers with the best quality in product, value, and service and assuring their satisfaction.
The ISO-9001 Quality System covering all phases of Extech activities was originally certified by TUV in 1995.
