**Note on Apple Computers: When your Mac's memory is something close to 64MB and the browser is Internet Explorer 5.1 or older, if you allocate too large a section of the memory to the browser, you may not have enough memory for the JAVA Applet. We suggest resetting the memory allocation back to the initial setting - Minimum Size: 8912 (KB), Preferred Size: 10240 (KB)

Why is my Browser giving me a pop-up blocked message?

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer(IE) 5.0 or later, Browser may protect against certain pop-ups. When you click on a RealRead file, a viewer is first sent to your browser for verification. You may do one of the following:
1) Enable RealRead by allowing this pop-up. Simply go to your menu >> Tools >> Pop-up blocker >> and choose 'Turn off pop-up blocker' or set www.realread.com as a site allowing pop-ups.
2) when a pop-up block message shows up, you may also click on the highlighted bar on your window and choose 'temporarily allow pop-up'.
3) Another work around is to hold down the "Shift" Key before clicking on a link. (This by passes the pop-up blocker)
