EXTECH INSTRUMENTS ANNOUNCES NEW DIGITAL INSULATION TESTER

Autoranging insulation measurements to 10GΩ, with 9 set manual datalogging

Extech Instruments, a major supplier of test and measurement equipment for the industrial marketplace, announces its new 380363 Digital Insulation Tester. Capable of measuring insulation resistance to 10GΩ, this New Insulation Tester features a manual data record and read function that can store up to 9 data sets. With its large LCD display and analog bar graph, this instrument brings complete ease-of-use to a range of high voltage testing applications.

The 380363 features 250V, 500V and 1000V test voltages, with AC/DC voltage measurement of up to 999V.   Extech's Digital Insulation Tester provides automatic discharge of capacitive voltage charges, has a low ohms function for testing connections and includes a live circuit display warning and beeper. Comes complete with a carrying case, test leads and six AA batteries.
